How can I pay for my order?

When ordering online you can pay with your visa/credit card using the secure Shopify payments system or alternatively by bank deposit.

We have Eftpos facilities available at our Wellington Store. 

We also have Laybuy and AfterPay available so you can shop now and pay later. 

Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the cost over six weekly automatic payments. Interest free.

  2. Log in or create a new account through Laybuy.
  3. Your purchase is instantly approved.
  4. Pay weekly and enjoy your purchase straight away!

Afterpay allows you buy now and pay for your purchase in four equal instalments every two weeks. Interest free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally your order will be with you 1-3 Business Days after the order is received (3-5 Business Days for Rural Deliveries).

We ship orders Monday – Friday. Orders made on a Friday will be sent first thing on a Monday. All our orders are sent with Courier Post as we find them the most reliable couriers across all regions in New Zealand. 

Shipping costs

We have recently updated our shipping costs. We have various rates based on the size of the parcel and delivery address. 


WGN: Small Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $5

WGN: Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $6

Rest of NZ:

Small Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $5

Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $8.50

Rural Delivery

We ask that you select Rural Delivery on your order as it costs us significantly more to send rurally. We charge $9 for Rural Deliveries.


Shipping is free for all orders over $150*

Collection from our store 

If you are based in Wellington and able to collect then select the Pick Up option when processing your order. When selecting pick up no shipping cost will be applied to your order. We note during Level 3 and 4 the local store is not open for pick up. 

** FITAID Purchases

* We are no longer able to absorb the cost of large orders of FitAid. Therefore we have set rates for our FitAID based on order quantities:

Less than 6 units - $8

6 - 12 units $15

More than 12 units $25

Expected Delivery times

We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. In saying that, the couriers have lost a grand total of two parcels to date. Get in touch - we can track it down! 

Wellington Store Opening Hours

We are based at 298 Taranaki Street in Wellington and our usual business hours can be found here.

If you can't make it in during one of the above times but would like to pop in then send us an email or message over instagram and we can sort something out! 

Note - you can pick up an online order anytime that CrossFit Central Wellington is open which works around class times found here. This provides more extensive opening hours for you to collect. Once your order is ready to be collected you will be provided a confirmation text or email (depending on what details you have provided on placing your order. 

Is it possible to make a larger order for my business?

Yes! If you have a large order or would like to buy multiple units for your gym, physiotherapy or massage clinic then get it touch. I love being able to support other likeminded businesses!

There is a brand or variant of a brand that you don't already stock that I'd like to see - can you get it in?

Terms and conditions 


All our products on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

Our prices exclude shipping costs (unless you spend over $150, in which case shipping is free unless it is for our FitAid range).

Returns and refunds 

We endeavour to make sure all our items are of the highest quality.

If your products are faulty or you don't receive the correct goods, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order at info@fxd.co.nz and return the faulty or incorrect goods. This will be promptly rectified.

The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange Policy

We have a 'no exchange policy' unless the goods are incorrect or faulty. Please contact us at info@fxd.co.nz if you have any questions about the products before ordering. 


All personal information that you share with us including your name, address and email will be held in confidence. We do not share information under any circumstances.
