FAQs

How can I pay for my order?

When ordering online you can pay with your Visa or Mastercard card using the secure Shopify payments system or alternatively by bank deposit. 

 

We have removed Buy Now, Pay Later options for now. These options incur significant fees (double that of Visa and Mastercard) with Shopify (our platform provider). We'd prefer not to raise the prices for all. If you are needing to split your payments over a few weeks, reach out and we can get something sorted. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally your order will be with you 2-3 Business Days after the order is received (3-5 Business Days for Rural Deliveries).

Orders are most often shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All our orders are sent with Courier Post as we find them the most reliable couriers across all regions in New Zealand. 

Shipping rates

We regularly review our shipping rates to ensure you are paying the best price for the best courier service. These rates are updated based on the size of the parcel and delivery address. 

Wellington region

Small Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $6

WGN: Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $8

North Island:

Small Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $6

Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $10.50

South Island:

Small Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $6

Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $12.50

Rural Delivery

We ask that you select Rural Delivery on your order as it costs us significantly more to send rurally. 

Small Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $8.50

North Island Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $12.50

South Island Large Parcel (1-3 Business Days): $14.50

Expected Delivery times

We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. In saying that, the couriers have lost a grand total of two parcels to date. Get in touch - we can track it down! 

Do you offer pick ups?

Yes! Care of Hypha CrossFit at 2/13 School Road, Kaiwharawhara. Once notified that your order is ready for pick up you can collect it during Hypha opening hours - 

Monday - Friday - 6-7am, 5:30-6:30pm

Monday and Friday only 12-1pm

Saturday and Sunday only 8-9am

Sizing my rope

Sizing your rope can be challenging, we suggest slowly shortening it to get the appropriate length as it will depend on your positioning when you skip. Please use below as a guide -

Help! I got the wrong size grips

We get it, even with measurements, sometimes it's hard to know exactly what will feel right. If you're between sizes we generally suggest going up to the next size, especially if you want the dowel effect / for the end of the grips to fold over the bar. 

Try on your grips as soon as they arrive, keeping the packaging intact. If they feel a little big or small, repackage the goods (eat your chocolate square) and email me at freyja@fors.co.nz and we can switch them up.

The annoying thing is that it is a little costly - as the cost of returning the goods and resending out the larger size is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Is it possible to make a larger order for my business?

Yes! If you have a large order or would like to buy multiple units for your gym, physiotherapy or massage clinic then get it touch. I love being able to support other likeminded businesses!

There is a brand or variant of a brand that you don't already stock that I'd like to see - can you get it in?

Terms and conditions 

Pricing

All our products on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Our prices exclude shipping costs.

Returns and refunds 

We endeavour to make sure all our items are of the highest quality.

If your products are faulty or you don't receive the correct goods, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order at freyja@fors.co.nz and return the faulty or incorrect goods. This will be promptly rectified.

The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange Policy

We have a 'no exchange policy' unless the goods are incorrect or faulty. Please contact us at freyja@fors.co.nz if you have any questions about the products before ordering. 

Privacy

All personal information that you share with us including your name, address and email will be held in confidence. We do not share information under any circumstances.
