It's back! The classic speed rope with your own personal twist. 

The Details

• 5.5cm handle circumference
• 61g handle weight
• 14cm handle length
• 3m adjustable coated cable (3mm thickness)
• Aluminium handle. Pivot bearings. Adjustable length. 

The classic is more weighty (61g in weight per handle) than our High Voltage Speed Rope. We consider this rope perfect for those that are new to CrossFit and double unders but also good if you're proficient and just prefer a bigger, slightly heavier handle. 

A slightly heavier handle can also make it easier to be more aware of your positioning of the wrist and arm through the movement. 

You choose your handle colour and your cable colour, we pack it out and send it to you. Compatible with the Live Wire Coated Cable or our Live Wire Bare Cable. 

Persistence is key to nailing those double unders. Keep practicing and you will be nailing them in no time! 

Note - all cables are the same thickness (3mm).

Available in Whero (Red), Kikorangi (Blue), Waiporoporo (Purple), Pango (Black), Hiriwa (Silver) and Kōura (Gold).
