It's built around a proper functional blend: creatine, BCAAs, glucosamine, turmeric, CoQ10, a full B-complex and electrolytes. Stacked alongside that is a recovery blend covering the main bases: muscle repair, joint support, inflammation, energy metabolism and hydration.
