• Handle weight: 39g per handle.
• Speed rope length: 3 metres of cable for you to set your length as you wish - too much cable leftover? Just cut it off with a pair of pliers. If you know exactly what length you'd like then let us know in the notes section of your order and we can cut prior to sending.
• Alum key tightening and loosening system, alum key provided. 
• A fast an efficient coated cable - durable and great for both beginners through to pros.
• Textured handles allowing for effortless grip
• Comes in a special felt rope bag for easy storage and transport.
