What it is
Kiwi Nutrition's Whey Protein Isolate is cross-flow microfiltered, which means the protein structures stay intact for better absorption and bioavailability. Who it's for
Anyone wanting to hit their protein targets without a side of mystery ingredients. Particularly good for CrossFitters, weightlifters and anyone doing higher training volumes where recovery nutrition matters. Also well-suited to those managing carbohydrate intake or with lactose sensitivity (most of the lactose is removed through the isolate filtration process).
How to use it
Mix 2 heaped dessert spoons (30g) with 150–250ml cold water or milk of your choice. Works well in smoothies, blended with banana and nut butter, stirred through yoghurt, or added to baking and overnight oats. Post-workout is the obvious one, but honestly whenever works for you.
