Sammy is the creator of the recipes you’ll find here and Mat, 5x CrossFit Games Champion, is the taste-tester.

The recipes are inspired by the people and places they love most. This food journey began for Sammy as a way to turn a cooking hobby into something more and to feed Mat, a hungry professional athlete.

They try to live simply, eat seasonally and cook with whole foods. Sammy's hope is to inspire a love for cooking, an eagerness to gather around food and the courage to try something new!
