When should I use the adjuster plugs?
If you're new to wearing Toe Spacers we recommend to start without the adjusters and get used to the stretch. Once you feel comfortable you can insert one or both of the adjusters on each foot to experience a greater stretch.
How long can I wear them for?
We recommend to start with 10 minutes and increase the time as you get used to them. Once your feet adjust you can wear them for longer periods, in the gym and while stretching.
