The Classic is slightly weightier (59g per handle) than our High Voltage Speed Rope - perfect if you're new to CrossFit and double unders, or if you're experienced and just prefer a wider, more deliberate handle. A slightly heavier handle helps you stay aware of wrist and arm positioning through the movement.
